The food innovation exhibition will be postpone to 28-30 Sep 2020 at National Exhibition and Convention Centre in Shanghai, China.
In view of the global widespread of COVID-19, the organisers of SIAL China 2020 have decided to postpone the event to 28-30 Sep 2020 at the National Exhibition and Convention Centre (NECC), Shanghai. The food innovation exhibition was initially scheduled to take place from 13-15 May 2020 at Shanghai New International Expo Centre.
In a statement, the organisers cited that the international concerns of COVID-19 is expected to impact on travel in May and is “too logistically challenging” to continue the event as planned, hence the postponement. All the preparation and promotion for SIAL China 2020 has adapted to the new exhibition date and venue. The organisers will also work with the new venue, exhibitors and all business partners in the coming months to ensure a smooth running of SIAL China 2020 in September.
