The Indonesian company has purchased a Comexi F4 press and a Comexi ML1 MC laminator

Prima Jaya Eratama, an Indonesian flexible packaging manufacturer, has reaffirmed its alliance with Comexi following the purchase of a new flexographic press, a Comexi F4, and a laminator, the Comexi ML1 MC. Both solutions are installed at Prima Jaya Eratama’s facility at Tangerang.
Tjen Fa Sen, owner of Prima Jaya Eratama, stated that “customer satisfaction is important to us, therefore a machine’s capability, in terms of technology and output in a manufacturing company, is vital”. For instance, the company relies on Comexi’s competence, in addition to the 24-hour customer service Comexi provides. He explained: “Comexi has expanded to South East Asia and technical help will give more prestige to our company.”
Currently, the Indonesian company has two Comexi laminators, two Comexi flexo printing presses with the Laser Clean Roller (LCR), and two Comexi slitters, installed in its production plant. Due to the recent acquisition of the Comexi F4 printing press, Prima Jaya Eratama has optimised the customer’s need to do short runs. Additionally, the purchase of the Comexi ML1 MC laminator, allows for the structure realisation of three layers, heat seal, coatings at register as matt or gloss varnishes, as well as the possibility of laminating without solvents.
