Konica Minolta Sensing Singapore Launches BC-10 Plus Baking Meter

Konica Minolta Sensing Singapore Pte Ltd is pleased to introduce the new BC-10 Plus Baking Meter, a handheld color reader specifically designed for the baking industry. Successor to the popular BC-10, the new BC-10 Plus is lightweight and easy-to-operate. With new ergonomic design and improved data management capabilities, users can monitor and control the color of baked products easily.

Evaluating color by eye isn’t easy as factors such as fatigue, individual preference and variance in color vision affect color judgement. The BC-10 Plus is able to display both the Baking Contrast Unit (BCU) and L*a*b* value to help users get their desired baked product color accurately and consistently.

New Ergonomic Design

With a new design that focus on achieving ergonomics and comfort, the BC-10 Plus is easy to operate and can be used in a variety of on-site color measurement situation for an extended period of time with minimum fatigue.

Data Management

Process monitoring is key to produce quality product and effective monitoring and control requires large amounts of data. With a data memory capacity of up to 1000 measurements (including target data), built-in utility software application and USB connectivity, users can manage and transfer large amounts of data easily.
