Kerry will share developments in plant-based, taste, proactive health, food protection and preservation and the company’s sustainable nutrition vision at Gulfood Manufacturing 2022 in Dubai from 8-10 Nov.
The Kerry booth, located in Hall 7, A7-4 at the Dubai World Trade Centre, will focus on helping customers evolve their products through innovation to offer market-leading food and beverages that will meet changing consumer needs and expectations, from lower sugar content without sacrificing taste, alternative ingredients that support health and the planet, and natural preservation to minimise food waste.
Visitors will get to sample concepts like plant-based ice cream with science-supported digestive benefits, energy drinks with innovative ingredients like green coffee, and 100% clean label commercial baked goods. For food manufacturers and distributors, these advances in ingredients and formulation are attuned to market behaviours.
An exclusive part of the Kerry booth is the upstairs salon: a prototype market display helps bring the concepts to life. Visitors can play with packaging and scan QR codes to check the science behind the solutions, as well as explore flavour and claim trends in the region.
Kerry professionals will also be sharing their views and insights on plant alternatives, taste solutions, functional foods and sustainability across various speaking engagements during the event.
“Being physically present at Gulfood is critical to harness our collective vision and energy in delivering the next generation of food innovation. The F&B landscape is evolving quickly. At Kerry, we continue to grow our portfolio of science-backed solutions that are good for health, people and the planet and we are delighted to be part of the Gulfood vision to drive innovative developments in the F&B industry,” said Inanc Isik, general manager, Middle East, retail, Kerry.
