Kalsec, a producer of flavor and colour solutions for the food and beverage industry, has promoted three of its employees to senior leadership positions.

With a focus on future investment and growth, Kalsec has promoted the following individuals to senior leadership positions:
Aaron Wheadon was promoted to senior vice-president of sales, Americas. In this new role, Wheadon is responsible for delivering profit to Kalsec through revenue growth of core product sales while leading customer experience, which now combines logistics and customer service.
Joanne Martz started in Kalsec’s hops programme in 2011 and became a business unit director when she assumed responsibility for the hops programme in 2014. Martz now oversees hops sales, product management and purchasing as vice-president, corporate development and hops business unit.
Scott Hunter was promoted to vice-president of strategic finance and capital investment. In this role, Hunter is responsible for strategic analysis of the company’s long-term capital plan, focusing on alignment with the company sales and profit goals, as well as new investments in research, development and facilities.
