Earlier this February, the media reported how Bernd Ginader used the 3D Food Printer Procusini in his Kuchestubb. The focus is on his self-developed 3D Choco-Bembelpralines, which is filled with a fruity filling of regional cider, cream and chocolate. For the production of larger quantities of these 3D Choco hollow moulds, he used the serial production function of the Procusini.
Ginader commented: “I didn’t expect there’d be this much hype. Orders have been rolling in, we can’t keep up.”
Currently, a 3D Choco praline in the shape of beer mugs and a matching filling of chocolate and wheat beer is in preparation. However, the praline in the form of a custom-made jug will not be sold until Oktoberfest. Ginader remains steadfast there, even though his first customers have already expressed interest. Therefore, he has planned to expand into an online shop to cope with the rush.
