Emmanuel Colette joins IMCD’s Asia-Pacific team

IMCD Asia has named Emmanuel Colette as business group director, Asia-Pacific, for IMCD Food & Nutrition. In this new role, Colette will focus on developing and implementing regional business development and strategy to drive regional business growth and explore new opportunities. He will also expand and build on the strong partnership with suppliers and customers. In addition, he is tasked to led the technical capabilities, with IMCD’s technical innovation laboratories, to better support the company’s customers in Asia-Pacific on their trend-based innovation needs.

Haiko Zuidhoff, vice-president, Asia-Pacific, IMCD, said: “Our Food & Nutrition operations have been steadily growing in the region with a great emphasis of co-creation with our partners through our technical expertise. Emmanuel is highly experienced, and I am pleased to have him onboard the Asia-Pacific team to bring our Food & Nutrition business to the next level.”

Colette joined IMCD in Paris in 2012, when he started in sales and product management. Prior to this new appointment, he was international product manager partnering several key global suppliers, based in IMCD France.

“I am pleased and honoured to join our IMCD Asia-Pacific team, within a fast-moving environment,” Colette concluded. “Thanks to recent investments, a strong technical and marketing coordination, my aim is to keep on extending the solid existing baseline, and accelerate our growth by considering new market segments, partnerships, in taste and texture for example, and territories.”
