ELITER Packaging Machinery has introduced the latest model of automatic sleeving machine for multipacks, with maximum speed of 80 wraps per minute. The machine is designed to apply cardboard sleeve around a variety of packaging containers organised in multipack and cluster packaging format.
The MULTI-WRAP C-80S can group packaging containers including cans, bottles, cups, pots, and among others into a variety of packaging arrangements ranges from 1x2x1 to 1x4x1 and also cluster-pack formats like 2x2x1 and 2x3x1. The machine is incorporated with a grouping system that allows fast parts changeover to fit different packaging arrangement.
After the packaging containers is grouped accordingly, the machine applies cardboard sleeve and wraps it around the multipack or cluster, completes the sealing through folding sections and with the integrated hot melt glue jetting system.
The MULTI-WRAP C-80S sleeving machine is an ideal option for customers from the food, dairy, drinks and beverage industry. It can wrap:
- Canned tuna, salmon, mushroom, sweetcorn, tomato and other canned food, fruit and vegetables
- Yoghurt cups, dessert pots, cream, dive chip and various dairy products
- Drink and beverage cans, bottles
