Bakery China 2019 (the 22nd edition) is held by China Association of Bakery & Confectionery Industry and Bakery China Exhibitions Co., Ltd., at Shanghai New International Expo Center (No. 2345 Longyang Road) from May 6 to May 9, 2019. Bakery China 2019 will continue to occupy all the 17 exhibition halls and outdoor space of Shanghai New International Expo Center, in total of 12,000 standard booths reaching 220,000+ square meters exhibition space. The 17 halls are:

As a professional platform covering the whole baking industry chain, Bakery China is always the preferred stage for debuting thousands of new baking products and new technologies every year. Jointly organized by China Employment Training Technical Instruction Center, China National Light Industry Council, the Trade Union of Financial and Commercial Workers, Light Industry and Textile Workers, Tobacco Industry Workers, and China Association of Bakery &Confectionery Industry, the 20th National Professional Baking Skill Competition, the 9th “PanPan Food Cup” Creative Western Pastry Competition of National Vocational School (College) Students , MBA Coffee Latte Art Competition Coupe Louis Lesaffre, the world cup of bread held every four years, will be hold at Bakery China 2019.
